Warranty Registration
Warranty Clauses
  1. The product (PixoTest Vision Analyzer) comes with a one-year warranty.
  2. Devices not registered on iXensor official website are not eligible for warranty services.
  3. If PixoTest Vision Analyzer is unable to operate due to non-human factors during the warranty period and has been identified by us as product defects, iXensor will provide relevant warranty services.
  4. The warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by factors other than product malfunctions, including but not limited to...
    • Natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, and other accidental damages are not covered by the warranty.
    • Incorrect or improper use (such as screen damage, battery leakage, liquid ingress, moisture damage, self-disassembly, or any modification leading to malfunction or damage, etc.)
    • Unable to provide warranty card or fail to complete online warranty registration on iXensor's official website.
  5. The warranty does not cover damage or loss of consumable items provided with the "product" (such as test strips, lancets, batteries, packaging boxes for the analyzers, etc.) and accessory products (such as USB cables, instruction manuals, etc.).
